As a lifelong Mainer, home-owner, and Customer service-driven professional with a background in construction, I'm the right home inspector for you. I listen, I communicate, I travel to where you need me, and I appreciate your business. Without Customers, I have no business. You will never be made to feel as though you are an interruption to my work. You are the sole purpose of it.
I take about two hours for an average-sized home. I encourage each buyer to join me for the inspection so they can see what I am seeing and ask questions along the way. The goal is for there to be no surprises when the report is sent the next day, sometimes the same day. Often times, the real estate transaction inspection window is brief, so the more time you have to think about the property, the better. The purpose of the inspection is to help you make a better decision. Every buyer, every property, and every situation is different.
Customer service sets me apart. You can expect constant communication and immediate follow-up. Unless I am with another Customer, I will pick up your call, respond to your text, or return your e-mail. I work with realtors, buyers, sellers for the purpose of a pre-sale inspection, and third parties (banks, property investors, out-of-state groups, etc.).
My prices are fair, my estimates don't change, and I'm flexible. All I ask is that you keep your appointment or communicate if a change is needed, communicate with me with any questions or needs you may have (invoices for financing, quesitions on verbiage in the reports, or just simple advice from one homeowner to another), and provide reviews through the channel in which you found me (google, HomeAdvisor, Thumbtack, Yelp, etc.)
